- You may fill out the application online and print it.
- You may print the blank application and fill it out by hand.
- After completion, fax or bring the completed application to the rental office.

There will be an application fee of $60 per person for anyone over the age of 18, or $60 per married couple. There is also a $200 administrative fee per apartment.
